We make every Mystical Skincare product by hand with care, and we want you to enjoy it safely. Here are a few friendly notes.

Our products are cosmetics. They're made to cleanse, moisturize, and help your skin look its best. They aren't medicines and aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Try a little first. Everyone's skin is different, and even natural ingredients and essential oils can bother sensitive skin. Before using something new, try a small amount on your inner arm and wait a day. If you notice any redness or irritation, simply stop using it.

Gentle reminders. For external use only. Keep away from eyes (rinse with water if needed) and out of reach of children, and avoid using on broken or sunburned skin.

Know your ingredients. Key ingredients are listed on each product page and ingredients are on every label. Have an allergy or want the full list? Just ask – we're always happy to help, and we'll tell you honestly if a product isn't the right fit.

Check with your doctor when needed. If you're pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or managing a skin condition, it's a good idea to check with your doctor or dermatologist before trying new products.

Everyone's results are unique. Our before-and-after photos and reviews share real customers' experiences. Your results may be different depending on your skin and routine.

Every batch is one of a kind. Because we make everything by hand in small batches, color and scent may vary slightly – that's part of the handmade charm.
